Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Purpose

This agreement defines E-Menum's obligations regarding the protection of personal data processed on behalf of customers.

Data Processing Conditions

Data is processed only for service delivery. Third-party sub-processors are selected and audited in GDPR compliance.

Security Measures

AES-256 encryption, access controls, logging, and annual independent security audits are applied.

Data Breach Notification

In case of a data breach, the data controller is notified within 24 hours.
