Uptime Guarantee

E-Menum provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

Support Levels

Starter: Email support (24 hours). Professional: Live chat and email (4 hours). Enterprise: 24/7 priority support, dedicated account manager (1 hour).

Compensation

In case of SLA breach, a service credit of 10% of the monthly fee is provided.
