Terms of Service

1. Parties

This agreement is between E-Menum Teknoloji A.S. and the user benefiting from the service.

2. Service Definition

E-Menum provides digital menu creation, order management, analytics, and AI content generation services.

3. Usage Conditions

The platform cannot be used for illegal purposes. The user is responsible for content accuracy and legal compliance.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for paid plans are collected monthly or annually. Invoices are issued electronically.

5. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current period.

6. Liability Limit

E-Menum is not liable for damages not caused by the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the last 12 months of subscription fees.
